WHAT I LOOK FOR IN FRIENDS:

Ciro often looks for few qualities to become his friend; thus his actual friend base is very small. You'll find it takes quite a long time to be considered one of Ciro's most trusted friends, or even a part of his inner circle. So one thing he does look for is consistency. He believes this quality is a valuable quality to have in both a friend and an ally.

Another very important quality to have is un-dyeing loyalty to one's friends. Ciro would do anything; including die for his closest friends which are his inner circle and he expects the same loyalty back. Ciro will not accept anyone who betrays their friends to gain power, respect, or friendship with him. If this happens Ciro will become infuriated and maybe even try to kill you. Inside of the vampiric race friendships last forever and beyond. Ciro's philosophy is do not burn your bridges.... you may need a crossing point some point in time.

Also Ciro has zero tolerance for direct disrespect of both elders, and the clan leaders. They're where they are for very good reasons, and anyone who attempts to overthrow, or question the authority of the order of the clans will be killed if Ciro has anything to do with the decisions. Also note that Ciro will always go to bat for you as an individual if you are his true friend, but the elder's and clan leader's rules must be followed and obeyed to the tee.

Set aside of un-dyeing loyalty to one's friends, clan, and a reverence for the order an absolute must is intelligence. Ciro will not associate himself with anyone he considers to be foolish, childish, or just plain dumb. Ciro is very politically savy, and he has been describes as a slithering snake, and cunning like a fox. Although Ciro will always show respect, kindness, and reverence to your face he is not the one to mess with. He is very old, and very intelligent. Those who are involved in vampire politics are considered very wise by Ciro and he favors elders, clan leaders, and politicians as well. ( this does not include human political figures)


WHAT I LOOK FOR IN LOVERS:
Ciro has no eye on love at the current moment. Although his newfound home in New York may change his mind on that. Just as Ciro desires intelligence and an un-dyeing love and loyalty from his friends Ciro demands the same out of his romantic interests. Once Ciro has committed himself he will do anything for the lady of his choice, and he expects the same loyalty.

Intelligence and political knowledge is a big plus and turn on for Ciro. He shows no interest what so ever in the woman's looks so long as she is capable of handling his affairs, and appearing by his side at important rallies if need be. So Ciro has zero interest in a so called "blonde bimbo."

Another big thing is Ciro is not looking for just a yes woman. He really enjoys a woman who speaks her mind but knows when to not speak either. ( He is very conservative) He expects a woman to maintain core traditional values, and thus the vampiress must be a minimum of 250 years old.


WHAT I LOOK FOR IN ENEMIES:

Anyone who challenges the leadership, and order of his clan is an automatic enemy of Ciro's. Also most rouge vampires Ciro finds fault with as well. ( even though he too was one just not too long ago) To him these rouge vampires represent a type of treason, or disloyalty toward the vampire cause.

Another big thing is anyone who defies their friends and stabs them in the back Ciro will consider you both un-loyal and an enemy until loyalty can be proven. Furthermore, there are those who believe in human rights. Although Ciro respects their positions he will consider those blood traitors, and consider them an enemy of the clan. ( this will cause several arguments)

Finally Ciro has zero tolerance for werewolves. He kills as many as he can find in the city.
