appearance: Ciro is not a tall man; roughly 5'9 but his stature is described only as impressive and powerful. His stance is always upright and never slouched as this is part of his powerful appearance. Despite Ciro's overall stature there are other physical qualities that set him apart from most to include his fine hand made suites. his well combed and parted hair, and his eerie and piercing dark eyes. Ciro's mentality is only the best for someone as old as he is so his appearance always reflects this. ( His skin has been describes as both fair and darker than the average vampire's as well) His hair is a dark brown in color, and his nose is notably pointy. His smile is described as crooked and demented.
likes: Ciro is a vampire of great tastes and likes. They include the following: Loyalty to his clan no matter what the circumstance, Non questioning of the clan leader as you have no authority to do so, young preteen girl's blood it tastes the best to him, prestige and reputation he admires reputation from his clan and personal convictions, antiques as it reflects both class and age, fine wine, and finally Ciro mostly enjoys striking fear into the hearts of humans and vampires of rival clans.
dislikes: There are few things that really set Ciro off but the following anger him tremendously: Disloyalty to one's clan, Fear and slothfulness to execute the clan leader's orders, disrespect towards his own age, a complete disregard for the vampiric race, associating with non vampires, and equal treatment towards humans and other races.
goals: Currently Ciro's main goal is to find a new clan to belong to, work his way up to be the leader's most trusted advisor... and eventually become clan leader. ( Ciro desires power, respect, reverence, and fear)
fears: Ciro shows no fear, but his greatest fear is dyeing a true death. ( by sun in particular) He also fears his enemy will find him prior to him finding a clan.
personality: Simply put.... Ciro's personality is despicable with no regards to human life or any other race to date. His desire for power makes him a feared vampire candidate throughout the vampiric world because he is willing to do anything for his clan leader and to gain respect, power, and fear. Ciro has also been describes as the father of vampire politics due to his cunning and evasive personality. The coolness of his skin is nothing compared to the coldness of his heart; or what was once a heart. After the destruction of his former clan his sanity has been since questioned as his methods have increased in both brutality and his solitude has created some questions as well.
Although most vampires are aware of his true nature he remains quite popular amongst younger vampires and even some older ones. For the most part Ciro is calm cool and collective; he rarely shows his bad side. He also appears to be very well rounded, polite, and sympathetic towards most causes. However in actual reality his ultimate agenda is only his, and he remains sympathetic towards very few people; vampires included. Most know him because of his hatred towards humans and his campaign to destroy the human race minus a few slaves to be bred for blood purposes. He has also been noted to take a part a few werewolves here and there as well.
relatives: Ciro has no living relatives; this is partially due to the destruction of his former clan.
history: Not much is known about Ciro's pre vampire existence; a big part of this is because Ciro is a very private and mysterious person. However what is known is that his father was a great king of a thriving nation and he was to become king upon his father's death. However he was betrayed by his own brother and forced to run away before he too would be killed. Shortly after his exile Ciro learned of his brother's crowning which infuriated him. It was there shortly after that Ciro met an unknown vampire and begged to become one himself. ( it was an unknown time frame before he became a vampire)
After Ciro learned to control his impulses he returned to his brother's castle and devoured him, his family, and all the guards inside of the palace. With that grudge resolved Ciro continued his training and eventually became a clan leader somewhere in France. During his rule as clan leader Ciro made several friends particularly from Rome which always impressed Ciro as he has always been a man that admires power and wealth; and the romans had just that. Eventually however Ciro learned of the demise of several of his close friends which infuriated him. Upon further investigation of the issue Ciro found that the Roman empire had managed to find out about the vampire race and began to execute anyone suspected of being vampires. He also began to hear of elder vampires betraying their own kind to the government which pissed Ciro off. Ordering his clan to form and to march into Rome Ciro severely underestimated the strength of the Roman vampires left alive. The year was 55 B.C. when Ciro led his clan into battle. Almost everyone inside of his clan was killed, and he too narrowly escaped a very painful death.
Critically wounded and half starved Ciro and the remainder of his men made their way home to France. At their defeat his clan became angry at him declaring him to be too emotional and a radical power hungry freak. This made Ciro angry and he killed several more of the remaining few men alive. Naturally this made Ciro and his clan members vulnerable for future attacks as they had just made some powerful enemies in Rome. So he gave out an order to his clan to re-populate and one day they would find these vampires and reign hell fire down upon them, but that promise would never come true as the Roman vampires were now hunting down Ciro and his clan to destroy them permanently.
The year 70 A.D. approached Ciro and his slowly growing clan when he decided to flee from France to Judea; just outside of Israel. He proposed to his clan that the romans would never seek for them there as that was there own territory. His clan agreed and followed their leader to the distant land. It was there shortly after that the clan had indeed been discovered due to the Israelis revolt against the Romans and there was plenty of blood shed which brought the enemy clans to him.
Immediately Ciro ordered his clan to flee, but it was too late. The enemy clan had now found them and a small war broke out between them. Ciro had killed off most of his older vampires, or they had perished during the first roman war, so the battle was not much of a fight. Although he watched his clan perish Ciro somehow managed to elude capture, thus leaving him the only remaining member of his coven remaining. He had no idea what to do, for once Ciro was at a loss for judgement. Whatever happened he needed to make a decision now. So he decided to flee to London, the only known place to stand a chance against the Roman empire.
Ciro remained in London for thousands of years depressed about his former clan and the decisions he had made until roughly 1940. Then Ciro decided to travel to the United States in search of both a new home and a new regime to begin or be a part of. Despite his efforts he was unable to find a home in the US and returned to Europe for a while. One evening in 2015 a stranger approached him in a darkened alley and declared that he knew Ciro from a time when the Romans ruled the world. Instantly Ciro became aggressive and killed the stranger. Fleeing back to the United States Ciro was now determined. He would find a home, and he would have his revenge on the Roman puke that destroyed his family. So today he searches for a home in a clan worth calling home.

It was the chimes of the large clock tower that brought Ciro back to reality as he stood alone on the Hogwarts grounds lost deep within his own thoughts. Coming to he did not smile nor did his demeanor change. Instead a slight growl of words exited his mouth as he stared down at the white tomb. " A brilliant man you were Dumbledore...... I wish I could have knew you."
Dumbledore's tomb had been a place that Ciro had been frequently visiting as of late due to his personal struggle with the dark arts. For some reason he just felt so connected with Dumbledore; even in death. As Ciro stood there and stared down at the tomb a slight smile crossed his face. For some reason the notion to visit Kendall Holland had come across his mind, and the thought of this woman always made Ciro happy. It was a strange and almost unrecognizable feeling for him as he hadn't been this happy in quite some time.
Raising his wand ever so slightly towards the tomb Ciro bid his farewell and made his way over towards the greenhouses. It was late, but surely Kendall would still be awake.... or so he hoped. The walk seemed to take forever but finally he arrived, the smile now gone. At first he was confident, but now he wasn't so sure. How would she react to him..... they hadn't spoken in quite some time. But it wasn't entirely his fault, the students kept Ciro fairly busy along with his newfound position as Deputy Headmaster.
Entering the main greenhouse Ciro picked what seemed to be a dead, and rather withered flower. Suddenly there was a noise, drawing his wand quickly and dropping the flower on the ground Ciro's heart skipped. " Oh..... Kendall. I'm sorry, you frightened me." The smile had vanished from Ciro's face now as he retracted his wand into his rather long robes.
